Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
