Cancellations

Clients may cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy

Failure to appear for a scheduled service without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
