• A “referral” refers to a homeowner who contracts with Castillo Builders for a new or replacement roof of at least 1,500 square feet. Insurance claims are welcome.

• A “referral” becomes a “qualified customer” once their roof is built, and they’ve signed their [Certificate of Completion.]
   

• You may not refer your primary residence into the program. If we’ve replaced your primary residence’s roof in the past, you may refer a second home, rental property, etc.
   

• The reward levels are determined by the number of referrals/qualified customers you submit within 365 days. One year after your first referral, your reward level “resets.”
   

• All referrals must be made through our online submission form, and the referred homeowner must NOT have had contact with Castillo Builders in the past.

• The “trip for two” reward is a travel voucher to the destination of your choice, valued at $2,000.
   

• Referral rewards cannot be used for cash value towards a VISA gift card, nor can they be used to cover any outstanding balances with Castillo Builders

• The Referral Rewards Program is limited to 1 referrer per household.
   

• The referrer is solely responsible for submitting referrals into the Referral Rewards Program. Castillo Builders is not responsible for submitting information into the submission form.
